Learning unit contents
This workshop aims to train students in documentary film direction (project note, storyline, direction, shooting, editing of a documentary short on a given theme). The workshop will be delivered by a guest director (2020-2021: Thierry Michel).
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
At the end of the workshop, students will be familiar with the issues and elementary techniques of documentary film direction.

The workshop is organized around different sessions of 3 to 6 hours. The general program and schedule will be announced via the internet the department website (www.infocom.uliege.be).

Additional information:
Each student will be assessed on the basis of his.her short documentary. The guest director will provide a feedback on each film during a plenary session.
