Units courses prerequisite and corequisite

Prerequisite or corequisite units are presented within each program

Learning unit contents

  • Molecular mechanics (force field).
  • Molecular dynamics (temperature, pressure, constraints).

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

The aim is to provide the student with the more used techniques in molecular modelling of the large-sized systems (macromolecules).

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

Basic Physics and Chemistry.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Computer-assisted modelling.

Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)

Contact the teacher.
