- To be aware of quality management in laboratory work - To understand what is a quality standard and a laboratory certification.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Presentation widely illustrated by exemples and exercises.

Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)

Introductoru lectures (face to face) followed by seminars.

Organisational adjustments related to the current health context

Yellow or orange: oral examen in person (50% of final score) + exercise of operating procedure writing.
Red: oral exam through Lifesize (50% of final score) + exercicse of operating procedure writing.
