Conditions and pre-requisites
The training is aimed at the following public:
- Doctor (BMA, SMA, SAMU, TPPSU)
- Doctor working in an A&E department
- Nurse with an SISU or SIAMU qualification or working in an A&E department (assimilated)
- All other requests will be examined by the jury before acceptance
Admission is based on an application file submitted to ULB

Courses programme
1. Theory classes (54 hours)
- 4 days of multidisciplinary theoretical training - D1 to D4
- 2 days of specific theoretical training for doctors and nurses (optional for the other fields) - D5 and D6.
2. Practical exercises (18 h)
- Two days of practical exercises - D7 and D8:
One day of 'in-room' practice
One day of exercises in the field - 'true-to-life' disaster simulation
3. Training seminars (9 h)
Three topical seminars.
- 4 days of multidisciplinary theoretical training - D1 to D4
- 2 days of specific theoretical training for doctors and nurses (optional for the other fields) - D5 and D6.
