Executive Master in Project Management (Certificat organisé à l'étranger)

Overview

The Executive Master in Project Management (EMPM) is a short program delivered in English and Chinese to experienced managers. This program is designed to cover the different aspects of project management by addressing the following topics:

- Organizational environment of companies - Methodologies and Tools - Cost and Risk Management - Agile Methodologies - Soft Skills - Change Management

The validation of the acquired knowledge is carried out via an integrative test given during a final face-to-face Workshop which allows the participants to put into practice the theoretical concepts covered in the different courses.
