Waste recycling: Methodologies and tools for the assessment of sustainability. Industrial and municipal by-products. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle
Land recycling: General concepts on polluted soils: key pollutants of urban soils, pollutant fate and impacts on urban soils and groundwater. Characterization of polluted urban soils. On-site and ex-situ soil remediation technologies for land recycling

Understand the needs and apply concepts of land and waste recycling in urban areas

Physic and chemistry of materials. Liquid transfer into soils. Geology.
