Course organized in UCL
- Analysis of the major structures developed by organizational psychologists to understand the attitudes and behaviours of individuals at work: job satisfaction, involvement, organizational justice, perceptual functional support, performance, absenteeism, turnover, etc.
- Identification of the backgrounds, consequences, and variables associated to these concepts and analysis of their contribution to clarify these concepts.
- Analysis of models proposed in the literature to explain these attitudes and behaviours at work.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
By providing students with a knowledge of the psychology of individual work behaviours in the context of the work environment, this course aims to lead students to analyze the different elements of the relationship between the individual and the work environment and to control the theories and models that explain the attitudes and behaviours of individuals at work and their practical implementation.

Teaching Method(s) : The course will be presented in various forms, with alternating ex-cathedra presentations, illustrations, exercises and discussions. Evaluation Methods: Students will be asked to carry out an exercise which consists of the application and critical analysis of a concept learnt during the course.
