5. Financing of the company
6. Legal forms of the company
7. Business plan

Students will be able to :
- verify the financial health of the company;
- suggest an adequate  source of funding for a n activity
- comment a business plan

Two sessions of course are planned.
Before these, there is a meeting to explain a work to do.

A meeting for information and two theorical sessions are  face-to-face.
Students will receive documents to analyse et questions about these, before the theorical sessions.

The evaluation will be carried out on the basis of individual work. The latter include several exercises.
The statement will be transmitted electronically. The solution will be sent to the teacher electronically for a date which will be communicated by email.
