Learning unit contents
Analysis of building performances, from impact on environment along their life cycle: choice of site and materials, works, management of energy, water, waste.
Approach of methods evaluating the envirnmental performance.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
To be able to understand when and how a building could improse its environmental performance, since the project until the demolition, through use and renovation phases.

None.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Evaluation of some performance criteria for a described building.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning)
3 h theoretical courses.
A practical exercise - alternating with the theoretical course - is realised by each student in parallel.
