Learning unit contents

 The practical lessons are organized during the whole year and aim to present various parts of a session: the warm-up, the body of lesson, and the recovery.

Assessment methods and criteria

For the practical course: overall assessment involving:
-the level of performance in physical tests (aerobic, vertical relaxation, flexibility, pull-ups, sheathing, sprint, agility) - progress during the year -motivation -The behaviour -The attendance rate (if <70%, the student is not eligible and will be considered absent). Two serious deficiencies (<8/20) in physical tests automatically lead to serious insufficiency in the course.
