Special questions, part 1

This course has a general practical orientation. It is useful for the students who intend to follow a notary orientation (where that subject is most important) but also for the people planning another profession in law, such as lawyer or solicitor.
The course is made up of two interconnected parts: estate law and liberalities. The main goal is to go into detail of the legal rules studied during the lecture of the First Master in Law: an introduction to decedent's estate law and liberalities. The subject matter, especially over decedent's estate law, is studied from practical situations.
