Learning outcomes of the learning unit

After the training, students will be able :
To use properly in his own practice and in multidisciplinary approach dealing with legal, psychological, medical of victimology approach.     
To master the institutional dimension of victim support by knowledge of victimology resources and be able to organize support to the victim in a network ( including social and legal assistance ) and care networks.     
Assess the relevance and accuracy of the action develop around the victim .
Control information, current scientific knowledge on various issues in victimology to enrich his own practice .

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

Have access to the certificate:
Holders of a university or higher education of a long type degree. certificate
Have access to the certificate based on a file of valuation of the acquired assets (contact Serge Garcet, the person in charge of the certificate):
Holders of a short type education degree with proof of two years of professional or personal experience relevant to victimology.
Candidates who do not have one of the aforementioned titles may have access to the certificate basis on a valuation of professional or personal acquired experience of at least five years.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning)

The in victimology university certificate in victimology consists of 90 hours of teaching and a personnal report using 30 hours .
90 hours : Lectures supported by various members of the academic staff , specialists in these different themes and debateswith professionnals professionals in a transdisciplinary approach . Built around small groups of participants , and active pedagogy , teaching emphasizes the interaction and co- construction of knowledge .

Personal work : 30 hours. Writing a work of end of study (TFE) . Realization of an integrative and transdisciplinary work related to victimology from the teachings and the personal professional practice.

Assessment methods and criteria

A written examination on the different subjects will be realized at the end of training. An additional session will be offered to applicants who have not fulfilled the requirements. The writing of a personal report . The deposit of the work will depend on the success of the written examination.
