  • Revise the basic tools of chemistry.
  • Check the reasoning ability, the learning and the understanding of the topics (this aim is crucial for all the lessons of the cursus).

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

Knowledge of backgrounds of general chemistry and organic chemistry

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Personal work in the form of research on a given topic

Personal work in the form of research on a given topic
Writing a work on a thematic of your choice among some themes proposed at the beginning of the year (contact the professor).
Specifications of the work requested:
- Although the report does not have a minimum number of pages, about 30 pages max, all inclusive, seems adapted to the work requested. Be concise and precise.
- This is a chemistry job. So, focus on the science that is hidden behind the proposed themes. I want to see a maximum of chemistry (molecules, reactions, ...) with clear explanations from you, showing me a perfect understanding.
- Do not forget to quote your sources (books, articles ...) and exclude plagiarism.
- The reports are to be submitted to the professor (electronic copy and paper version) for Friday, April 3, 2020
