Organizational remarks
Professors (or permanent scientists) propose intership subjects that they would be willing to sponsor academically. These subjects emanate from companies or research centers. Students propose subjects on their own, but these subjects must be approved by an academic sponsor.
A non-exhaustive list of subjects is available on the website http://www.fsasurvey.ulg.ac.be/tfe/list.php. The webpage http://www.montefiore.ulg.ac.be/tfe-internships-companies also lists companies that regularly propose internship in the field of electrical engineering and computer science.
Students' University registration must be complete by the time they start the internship.
Before the intership begins, the student has to send the completed internship agreement and the risk analysis form (cf. https://www.facsa.uliege.be/cms/c_3178752/fr/facsa-stages) to the intership coordinator.

Adaptation of teaching commitments following the COVID-19 pandemic for the May-June 2020 session
Teaching methods implemented : distance-learning
When the master thesis involves the collection, by the student, of data in the laboratory or on site, alternative devices, compatible with the COVID19 constraints will be considered (use of other external data, theoretical developments, literature analysis, alternative digital study, ...). The work objectives will be adapted accordingly.
Remote work with the company is exceptionally encouraged.
Assessment subjects
Not applicable.
Assessment methods
The assessment involves a written report and an oral defense (consisting of an oral presentation, followed by a question and answer session).
The terms and deadlines for filing the written report are unchanged.
The oral defense will be organized remotely by videoconference.
