Adaptation of teaching commitments following the COVID-19 pandemic for the May-June 2020 session

Teaching methods implemented : distance-learning

Teaching of the Head and neck anatomy will be partly given through webinar via E campus or Zoom.us. Sketches done live on i-pad and the podcast of the lesson will be available within 12h via an internet link. videos or podcasts can be consulted in streaming.
Practical dissection exercice will be replaced by virtual class on human specimen via the e campus network. This activity is organized by the Department of human anatomy of U liège.

Assessment subjects

The subject of our course is an introduction to general embryology with an emphasis on head and neck structures and general head and neck anatomy. The  corpus has been delinated by the lessons given during this period and includes the slide shows , the vade-mecum, sketches and virtual dissection class. The reference books are Larsen's embryology and Gray's for student.

Assessment methods

The knowledge assessment will proceed via an oral interrogation via e-campus or zoom.us. It will take the form of a discussion with Q and R after you have presented your anwer to the 3 questions  randomly chosen.
Be ready to produce a meaningfull schematic drawing of an anatomical structure or region.
The exam  (20 mai 2020 provisionally) will be recorded and your passage schedule will be sent beforehand.
