Medicine of ruminants and pigs herds and ambulatory clinic

Ambulatory Clinic: This clinic is organized into consultations in the field of cases of first line, at the individual level and at the level of the herd. These consultations should enable students to be confronted with cases of first line in the context of a rural practitioner activity. They must also allow them to achieve the propedeutic gestures and additional examinations, or more specific in bovine medicine, at the individual level, as at the herd level. These consultations are accompanied by the examination of animals and implementation of pre-academic actions, diagnostic and therapeutic. A clinical record is completed by the student for each case seen CAB (see Appendix 1). It must be completed correctly and fully. This sheet will be monitored and recorded. Herds of Medicine: Depending visits, plan what to eat, what to drink. Specific instructions will be provided by the supervisor in charge of the visit. A debriefing with assistants provided weekly on Friday, at 13:00, at the department.
Swine Clinic: pig farm visits.
