The course offers the possibility to practice translation skills from French into English via the translation of recent articles excerpted from newspapers or magazines and written in a complex language. Some short translation exercises will complement the study of the lexical and syntactic complexities and specificities of the English language. Particular attention will also be paid to the procedures facilitating the process of translation from French into English.
