Assessment methods and criteria
The evaluation includes 3 parts:
A written report of 20 pages to be provided.
An assessment document to be filled in by the industrial partner.
An oral presentation summarizing the work performed in the industry (outside the session period). A session of 15 minutes of discussiion with the participation of the industrial partners.
Each part represents one third of the total evaluation
Work placement(s)
Training in local industry The laboratory works are carried out during an internship within a local industry or abroad, during the Q1 or Q2 or split between Q1 and Q2, during 6 weeks or 30 days spread over several weeks at a rate of 1 to 5 days per week. They generally consist into participating at a research project which is of interest directly to the industry. The results are summarized in a report (max 20 pages excluding annex), and are the subject of an oral presentation in presence of the industry supervising staff.
