Learning unit contents

This course will consist of two parts.
In the first part, we will study some key concepts of the sociology of social control (social order, social reaction, institutions, consciousness, anticipation, etc.) and apply them on some concrete issues (addiction, education, mental health, etc.).
In the second part, we will follow an experimental approach aimed at understanding fear as a social control device. Various (individual and group)  exercises as well as a research approach (literature review, artwork analysis, or participant observation) will be the basis for this experimental approach.
