how to approach quality and safety in the health care sector. ?
Quality and safety management needs to be approached systemically. We intend to help attendees to evaluate the safety culture with a health care organization and discuss methods to apprach integral quality managment continuously. This requires very often changes in culture. tools will be gievn to evaluate the level of maturity.
