Learning unit contents

Students will be presented with different methods of intervention, considered as evidence-based, aimed at improving how children function. Interventions involving the parents on the one hand and the child on the other, will be presented in class.

To attend this course, the "Assessment methods in clinical child psychology" (PSYC 5882) course has to be completed.

Assessment methods and criteria

This oral exam is done in groups of two. Based on a clinical case study, the student has to present different ways to intervene regarding both the child and the parents.
