Learning unit contents

Part 1

Introduction to work & organizational psychology with basic concepts, methods and some actual research topics. Among them : motivation, competence, selection & recruitment, work conditions, organizationnal justice, stress at work, burnout and age management.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

Part 1

Bring the students to develop a scientific process in the study of the relations between man and work.
Introduce the fields of practices of Human Resource Development and Ergonomics
