Learning unit contents
The course is divided into four parts:
- the first one will be about the different maritime zones defined by the international law ;
- the second one will be about the main international conventions about the protection of the maritime environment
- the third one will be about the main international conventions about fishing
- the fourth one will be about the European fishing policy, the maritime tranport policy and the protection of the maritime environment.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
To give to the students an overview of the regimes of the maritime zones, from the point of view of the exploitation of the ressources and of the protection of the environemnt.
