Assessment methods and criteria

Students must complete a total of 6 weeks of clinics, which must be divided into 3 weeks of clinic during the summer, 1 week during the winter or spring break periods, and 2 weeks during the period following clinical carousels or internships. external and which precedes the summer clinics, ie for the academic year 2017-2018 the period between May 28 and June 30, 2018. For graduate students in January 2018, these last 2 weeks may exceptionally be provided to another period in agreement with the coordinator of the clinic concerned. The 3 weeks of summer clinic must be performed during the same summer; they can be anticipated the summer before the academic year in which the student registers the clinics during the vacation and examination periods in his EAP. Be careful, if these clinics are not anticipated, this implies that the graduate student will not finish his studies at the earliest until after his summer clinics, ie in the second session. In addition, all 6 weeks of EU clinics must be provided over a period of 14 months at the MAXIMUM, ie between the end of the June session and the end of the second session of the academic year in which student enrolls clinics during vacation and exam periods in their EAP. If this is not the case, none of the weeks worked will be validated and the program will have to be represented in its entirety. Presence mandatory in clinic. The activity of the student will be evaluated on theoretical knowledge, practical skills, participation in the childcare service, as well as on behavior and well-being. The respect of the instructions and the hygiene are also taken into account. Any unjustified absence or inappropriate conduct will be sanctioned by an exclusion rating.
