Hemostasis physiology
Partim: Human biochemistry (C. Péqueux)
Biochemistry is studying the properties and reactions of molecules that contribute to living organism functions. Human biochemistry is focused on molecules and reactions that take place in the human body.
The main area of these lectures will be focused on: biochemistry of oxydative stress and of cancer.

The aim of this course is to go in depth with some biochemical concepts usefull for the Master in Public Health. Additionally, this course is also about human biochemistry basics related to various public health problems.

The lectures are provided in amphitheater. It is divided into 4 lessons. There is no podcast available. Attendance to the course is not an obligation, however it is warmely recommended.

The assessment is a written exam with open questions and MCQ. Exam rules are available on the Medical School website (http://www.facmed.ulg.ac.be).

The cotation of all the parts of the course are added and converted to the final cotation on 20.
