Learning unit contents

After defining the concepts of health, mental health and quality of life, the course introduces in a perspective bio-psycho-social the concepts of stress, burnout and the main psychopathological syndromes. The network and supply care are discussed taking into account the ongoing reform of mental health care. Different psychotherapeutic currents are discussed. An educational visit to a psychiatric day hospital completes the training.
