Learning unit contents

The total volume of training is 150 hours and is divided into four blocks resuming activities in the areas of sports training and physical preparation. Internships must be done in a "sports facility" high-level, evolving at least at the national level. The distribution of hours in the different blocks is presented below:
60 hours - Technical and Tactical Training: Training 30H-oriented technical and tactical training for adults + internship 30H-oriented technical and tactical training for young people. 60 hours - Physical preparation: Course 30H-oriented physical training in adults internship + 30H-oriented physical training in young 15 hours Seminar / Symposium / Conference: Participation in various seminars / workshops / conferences or training in the field of athletic training (certification required). 15 hours - Audio-visual materials: Meeting with coaches who use visual aids to enhance the technical and / or tactical athletes (3x5 hours in 3 different sports)
For each course, students write an annual report containing the five following topics: - Description of the context (sports structure, level, infrastructure, management ...). - Description of the service (roles, activities, ...). - Relations with the participants. - Feelings vis-à-vis benefits. - Conclusions (Opinions, providing the training, ...).

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

- To provide students in Motor Sciences maximum opportunities to confront the world of high-level sports training. - Give them the opportunity to compare the theoretical and scientific offered to them during their training with the reality on the ground. - Provide opportunities for students of Motor Sciences to develop a network of contacts in the sports training.
