Study of the relations between some important works in the history of philosophy and legal thought.

Assessment methods and criteria

Students will be assessed on the basis of an oral presentation within the framework of the course, the participation of the student to the discussions and a written piece of work written following this presentation.

Students will be required to read certain documents, which they will be informed of in due course, in order to prepare their oral presentation.
