Learning unit contents
The course is held every even year (2016-2017,2018-2019,...). The course focuses on mortgage and professional and consumer credit contracts. The different types of mortgage credits are examined in the first part of the course. Mortgage credit regulation, especially Book VII of the Code of economic law and transposition of the Directive 2014/17/EU, is analyzed in details. References are made to the law of obligations, in particular to the concepts of loan, credit, etc. Mortgage itself is the subject of the second part of the course.
