Learning unit contents :
This course focuses on current issues related to the work psychology, the social psychology, the ergonomic and the adult education (eg, organizational justice, predictive workforce management, ...).
These topics will be addressed by professors of the options, or by external experts in these areas.
 
 
Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
To develop students' knowledge and their critical view on topics related the work psychology, the social psychology, the ergonomic and the adult education

Student must provide a collective work based on a criticism of the addressed thematic
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :
The course includes a part of traditional lessons and a part of private study periods to help students in their written work.

Oral presentation of the working group
Written exam based on the presented themes (in January and September).
