Organizational remarks :
One complete day will be needed for the BGP meeting, and two-other consecutive days for the observational session that will take place in the Koln Zoo.  We are hoping for financing, but in the worst of the cases, the budget would be 80 Euros covering train and lodging.  This is also possible to keep the budget lower by sharing cars.  The price for one night including the breakfast and a supper is about 37 €.  The dates are to be arranged betwen us.
