| Table of contents
- physical concept of multiphasic fluid - suspensions - foams - examples |
Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
| The aim of the lectures is to depper study the physics of complex fluides by drawing a link between the macroscopic and microscopic properties of such fluids. Starting with a newtonian fluid, particles are added and their effect on the global viscosity of obtained. Former famous studies of Einstein, Langevain, de Gennes, Stokes... are followed and presented. | ||||||||

Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :
| Face-to-face. | ||||||||
