Training

| The course consists of six theoretical sessions. After an introduction on the risk of trauma training for children, the course covers the various stages of development from infancy to adulthood. At each step, the consequences for the training are presented. The course introduces the concept of Canadian LTAD raises several issues in sports among young children:
(1) The problem of early sports specialization.
(2) The adaptation of the sport and equipment characteristics of children.
(3) The difference interindividual physiological maturity.
(4) The models of competitions adapted to the children |
