| The aim of this course is to improve the knowledge and the know-how acquired by the student, on a linguistic level (structures, specific vocabulary) and in the understanding of German (business-) culture.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit :

| In connection with the KLOs, this course aims to help the students: - to communicate in a precise and fluent way in German, orally and in writing; - to adapt their language and their register to the situation, being aware of its multicultural components; - to be autonomous; - to be curious and rigorous; - to take the social, economic, political and environmental reality of German speaking countries into account. | Having passed the exams in "Interkulturelles Seminar" (GEST3147-1). | ||||||||

| Discovering different aspects of business life in Germany (vocabulary, cultural and economical aspects).
Debates; presentations. |

Assessment methods and criteria :

| Written exam (50 %):
January: Essay based on articles in German and French.
June: Essay based on videos in German and French.
Oral exam (50 %):
During the year: Presentation with another student of a topic based on documents in German and French (20 % of the final mark)
June: Questions about the other presentations and presentation of a book about economy.
Students have to take all the different parts of the examination, otherwise the final mark will be 0/20
