Learning unit contents :
Development of the « savoir-être » of future executives as people managers. In other words : to teach him to communicate better, to run a team, to negotiate, to be in charge of people. To evaluate the participation of the students in groupes organized in differents courses. Better communication : 1. Basic communication mechanisms 2. Attitudes contributing in developing a good communication-assertiveness and conflict management - Meeting running & teamwork - The role of the organizer, preparation & follow-up, meetings : success factors - Organizing team work. Participative management : Participative management by objectives. Making up objectives. - Better negotiation : examples in commercial and social negociation - Basic mechanisms & key concepts, rational & relational dimensions - Integrative & distributive negotiation - - Strategies & tactics. - Better staff management : - Leadership (styles of leadership, development of the competences of a leader). - To evaluate the participation of the students in groupes organized in differents courses.
