| Prerequisite or corequisite units are presented within each program | |||||
Learning unit contents :
| The course will start with a brief overview of different hydrogeophysical techniques and their application.
After that, the students will analyze a big project in which hydrogeophysical techniques need to be deployed while working as a team in a consultancy company: problem analysis, establishment of a methodology, choice of techniques, prices, deadlines, ... The different project phases will be studied in a critical way. In this integrated project, a large range of competences and knowledge from different fields of the bio-engineering sciences will be put into practice (prospection, environmental technology, hydrology, soil physics and soil chemistry, metrology, financial evaluation). |
