-data collection methods relating to nutrition and the biases inherent in these methods. -nutritional status indicators. -stages involved in a nutritional survey. -validation studies for the tools necessary for nutritional epidemiology. -examples of major studies on nutrition. -a summary of current knowledge about the links between food and pathologies. |

| Students will grasp the resources neccessary for the implementation or contribution of a critical approach to a study on nutritional epidemiology. | |||||
