| The course will focus on practical approaches for the production of compounds of biotechnological interest (biomass, proteins, metabolites) developed in the food and bio-pharmaceutical industries. The course will detail different examples of biotechnological applications based on the use of microorganisms (yeasts, bacteria). | |||||
