Assessment methods and criteria :
| Three parts of a written exam will be organized, the first on the Law, the second on the medical Ethics and the third on the Legal provisions. A global note will be established on the basis of the following weighting: Law (40%), Ethics (17%) and legal provisions (43%).
However, any deficiency noted in one of the three parts of the course automatically results in a final deficiency. The final rating cannot exceed the weighted average of three parts. The Law part consists of 4 multiple choice type questions and 2 open-ended questions. Regarding the Law part will be communicated to students (by computer transmission) the list of open questions that may be raised in the examination, with, for each of them, an indication of manual pages which they relate. For QCM only be transmitted page numbers of the book where questions can be asked, without specifying the last however. The Ethics is part of the QCM type. Part Legal provisions will consist of a QCM (Chapter guidance) and open questions for the rest of the material. The examination- both at first and second session - to be held on dates fixed by the Faculty. |
