Learning outcomes of the course :
The objective of the course is to:
-       Present an overview of the main tools and methods used to evaluate public programmes
-       Propose a comprehensive conceptual, theoretical and methodological framework enabling students to:
  • Understand the principles and basic elements favouring quality evaluations;, and
  • Use such evaluations to improve the critical analysis of interventions in which they are involved
