| The adult training methodology course proposes a general view of the most common methods used to train and teach adults. The main training methods are discussed, as well as the different methods that can be used in this context. As part of the class, students have the possibility to test some of those methods. The course is organized in collaboration with the University of Lille 1 (France). The course is based on the following assumptions:

| 10 hours of practical work are organized at the University of Lille 1 through a one-day workshop there. The students can choose between four subjects (this year: training engineering, individualization of training, seniors and training, validation of what has been acquired during training). Next, the students must construct a training session about the day they spent in Lille and aimed at the other students (see also Evaluation).
The students also participate in the training sessions organized by the other students. |
