Course contents :

Introduction to the autofictional genre in hispanic literature. Study of novels and short stories writen by some spanish-american contemporean writers, Mario Vargas Llosa, Roberto Bolaño, César Aira, Valeria Luiselli and Alejandro Zambra.

Learning outcomes of the course :
This course invites the students to read and understand autofictional texts. The student will be able to approach himself to the texts as complex constructions of reality. He will also learn to know the oeuvre of some important spanish-american contemporary writers.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills :
Good knowlegde of Spanish
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
Classes with active participation by the students. This participation will be taken into account for the final note of the student.
