  • Proactive options and reorganisation, court-supervised or otherwise, through agreements or transfers, complete or partial
Learning outcomes of the course :
  • Understanding entrepreneurial risk and the perspective of continuing operations
  • Understanding personal risk incurred by the director of a business that is financially at risk
  • Effective use of legal procedures that have recently come into play, and understanding their collateral effects
