- Legal and jurisprudential theories regarding the involved of the directors' liability;} - Reach and consequences of exoneration; - Agreement of guarantee and exoneration of liability; - Group life assurance; - Mechanism of delegation of powers; - Summary of the contents of the Buysse Code; - Critical dialogue on a "Directors' Charter".
Learning outcomes of the course :
- Defining the risks of calling into question the directors' liability; - Setting up mechanisms to anticipate and limit the directors' civil liability and criminal responsibility.
