| - Introduction to the microbiology of the environment (importance of microbiology, characterization of viruses, bacteria and protozoans, algaes, growth and metabolism) - Microbial ecology of aquatic environments - Techniques for sampling and microbiological analysis of water: virology, bacteriology, parasitology- Concepts of epidemiology - Water uses and sanitary risks, hydric diseases - Environmental health, Eco-Health - Aspects of expertise in the area of the microbiology of water - Applications in developing countries (PEDs) - Practical work in the field and in the laboratory | |||||
