- Scaling-up chromatographic techniques
- Precipitation
- Biphasic extractors (liquid-liquid, vapor-liquid)
Learning outcomes of the course :
This course developped the main principles of the purification and concentration techniques. Different examples related to food industries, bio-industries and depolluting industries are cited.
After completing the course the student is expected to
to choose the technology of separation and concentration adapted to a given application and to propose conditions of implementation of selected technology
