Learning outcomes of the course :
|
|||||
| To give basic knowledge in organic chemistry of natural molecules. To draw molecular and structural properties of biomolecules.Present analysis and purification methods for biomolecules. After completing the course the student is expected to be able to give back the basic knowledge of the three main groups of compounds from biological origin : protein, lipids and glucids, to demonstrate the convergence points with the cursus in organic chemistry and to point out the first applications of the teached topics.Understand the different principles of bio-molecules separation and be able to choose the right principle in function of the molecules to separate Understand the ionization phenomenon and predict the possible effect on association, biological activity. | |||||
