Learning outcomes of the course :
The objectives of the integrated project in energetics are :
- Development of the ability to manage and to carry out a project in the energetics field;
- Ability to establish synergy between theoretical and practical aspects;
- Applied sciences approach (report structure, criticism,   search for information in the scientific literature);
- Analysis and criticism of experimental measurements;
- Management of a group project (planning, collaboration, ...);
- Application of previous courses and development  of the knowledge in energetic systems;
- To raise up its own creativity by means of learning by group project;
- The ability to give an oral presentation and to present a report on a scientific topic.

Prerequisite knowledge and skills :
- Applied thermodynamics and introduction to thermal systems;
- Heat transfer;
- Incompressible fluids machines;
- Heat exchangers;
- Heat and cold production equipments;
- Measurements of themofluid quantities;
- Control of linear systems.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
If needed, oral presentations given by the academic and scientific staff and discussion with the same staff are organised all along the duration of the group project.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :
Recommended or required readings :
Assessment methods and criteria :
- Preliminary presentation (problem description, methodology, envisaged solution, work already performed and planning for the future work) : 30%;
- Final presentation : 30%;
- Final report : 40%.
If a mark lower than 8/20 is obtained in june, no possibility to present again the same project in  september.
