Learning outcomes of the course :
 |
|
- The course of medical ethics has for objective to make become aware of the necessity of respecting rules during the exercise of the veterinary medicine.
The lectures of law and veterinary medicine aim to give to the future doctors in veterinary medicine an initiation to the rules of law to which they will be under the influence during the practice of their profession. This course includes 2 parts :

Assessment methods and criteria :
 |
| Two examinations will be organized the one concerning the "Law and veterinary medicine" and the other one concerning the medical Ethics. One global quotation will be established on the basis of the following level-headedness: Law (70 %) and medical Ethics (30 %). However, if one of 2 quotations is lower than 9/20, this last one will be only taken into account so that a very bad result in a part of the course can not be compensated with a better result in the other one.
The examination for medical ethics is a "multiple choice".
Fot the "Law and veterinary medicine" part of the course, at the beginning of May at the latest, the list of questions susceptible to be asked at the examination, including the page number of the manual they refer to, will be communicated to the students (via e-mail). The exam will exclusively refer to these questions. The exam will take place at the dates fixed by the faculty.
The exam will be a written exam.
It will apply to 4 of the questions on the list communicated to the students beforehand. |
