Basis (physiological et thermodynamical) of animals' nutritional requirements.
Digestive physiology.
Elements of feed analysis.
Feeding principles et feeding calculation.
Case studies.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Deliver the basis and fundamental skills to understand and interpret literature relative to animal nutrition.
Be able to take decisions facing to nutritional problems encountered by any animal species.
Interpret adequately the notions of feed analysis, feed transformation into animal, nutritional requirements, dietary calculation.  
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Bac+5 certificate in life science field.

One-day basis teaching.
Case studies, project approach.
Inverted classes.
